SeaScape is our two storey beach house, conveniently located opposite a reserve which contains a basketball area, playground and picnic area. The reserve leads directly to the surf club and patrolled surf beach.

SeaScape is also only a short stroll from Broulee Island and its adjacent sheltered bay and seaside area. The home is perfectly located for all recreational ocean based activities including surfing, swimming, diving, snorkelling and fishing.

SeaScape sleeps eight people, four upstairs and four downstairs and consists of two living areas and four bedrooms. There are two main bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The third and fourth bed rooms have double bunks. All beds have quality new mattresses. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. The main bathroom (upstairs) has a bath and shower. The downstairs bathroom also contains the laundry and washing facilities. The kitchen is well equipped, with a quality oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer (although no dishwasher).

SeaScape has two separate living spaces, one upstairs, one down stairs, each furnished with sofas, chairs, radio/CD player TV, and DVD player. The backyard is large and fenced. SeaScape also has a large wrap around balcony and outdoor table setting with Gas BBQ and umbrella overlooking the reserve opposite.
There is a local shop (including Bottle Shop, petrol station) about a 2-minute walk away which has basic groceries, as well as DVD’s, fishing gear, bait, Post Office facilities, ice creams etc. There is also a newsagency and takeaway in Broulee and for a more formal meal the Tomakin Sports and Social Club offers a wide variety of dishes catering for all tastes including Seafood, Vegetarian and Pasta meals while offering a kids club.
